Joseph D Graney, MD
Joseph D Graney, MD
Dr. Joe Graney grew up in Auburn, graduating from Auburn High School in 1986. He received his Bachelor’s degree at Colgate University. He then went to medical school at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He stayed in Rochester to complete his combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency program, and stayed for an additional year as chief resident. He then moved back to Auburn with his family, opening a new primary care practice, Auburn Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Dr. Graney lives in Auburn with his three daughters, Reagan, Reilly and Liddy. His interests include baseball, golf, and politics.

Mark W. McSwain, MD
Dr. Mark McSwain graduated as the valedictorian from Virginia Military Institute and then completed his studies at Duke University. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. He has lived in upstate New York for the past 17 years with his wife and 4 daughters. He enjoys landscaping, hiking, and kayaking.

Michael Sojka, MD
Michael Sojka, MD
Michael J Sojka, MD (SOY-KA), joins our Auburn Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Practice and will also be supporting our three Urgent Care Centers. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Ascension Genesys Regional Medical Center in Central Michigan. Dr. Sojka also has experience in endocrinology with a focus on diabetes management and weight loss.

Alexander Langley, MD
Dr. Langley is a family medicine physician who comes to Auburn Internal Medicine & Pediatrics from St. Joseph’s Hospital Primary Care Center in Syracuse N.Y. He received a master’s degree in biomedical science and public health concentrating in health services management, and health policy at Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Langley earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Family Medicine from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. Dr. Langley completed his three‐year residency in family medicine at Swedish First Hill Hospital in the Seattle Washington area. Dr. Langley practiced at the Federally Qualified Health Clinic in Moravia and Cortland N.Y. Most recently he practiced at the St. Joseph’s Health Westside Primary Clinic. He is a member of the American Association of Family Physicians and the New York State Association of Family Physicians.

NEW Flu Clinic

Directions & Contact
Our team at Auburn Internal Medicine & Pediatrics is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We are currently accepting new patients, call 315-255-0947 or fill out the form to schedule your appointment.
Our office is located in downtown Auburn at the beautiful Plaza of the Arts building. The address is 161 Genesee St, located directly across the street from the Cayuga County office building. Our office is on the second floor, with elevator access. There is a large free parking lot behind the building for all of our patients, including handicap parking next to the building. Wheelchairs are located in the rear stairwell alcove at the back entrance to the building.

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Saturday
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM for evaluation of minor, acute complaints
Flu Clinic
Our flu clinic is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, as well as select Saturdays in the fall. The clinic is open for current patients only. You can call us or submit a request for more information.
